Israel Doughnuts
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
Powdered sugar
Mix together everything but the powdered sugar. Roll into doughnut holes. Drop by tablespoon in hot greast 3 to 5 minutes. Enjoy with a chilled glass of milk or soothing hot coffee.
