ITEMS TO GET STARTED:
First you will need a glass flower vase. A round vase that comes in at the top is very pretty to use for this particualr centerpiece, the kind that flower shops would send a flower arrangement in. You can find these at retail store in the craft section or in craft stores.
Next, you will need two different colors of roses that match your wedding colors. If you wedding only has one color, like pink, then you could use white and pink roses, just make sure that you have two colors. White with a color looks very nice for this centerpiece. Lastly, you will need small round mirrors, the mirrors should be about 1 foot wide. You will need one for each centerpiece as you will need a vase for each centerpiece as well.
MAKE YOUR ROSE MIRROR CENTERPIECE:
Now you can make your rose mirror centerpiece. To get started simply pluck of few of the rose petals off of the roses. You will need these to fill the vases with. Next, add some water, carefully, to the vase with the rose petals already in it. Do this carefully as you do not want to smash your rose petals. Take a wooden spoon and kind of stir the water and petals so that the petals distribute evenly in the water.
Next, cut the stems of the roses that still have petals and place them down into the vase with the water and petals. Again be careful not to push all of your rose petals down to the bottom of the vase, you want them to be suspended in the water. Finally, once you have your roses in the vase, you can place the vase on the mirror in the center of your table. The mirror really doubles the beautiful look, because it reflects the beautiful rose petals in the vase.
