If you are using roses as your wedding flower, this wedding centerpiece will go perfectly with your decor. Even if you aren't using roses as your flower, you may be able to incorporate this simple centerpiece idea into your wedding decor for you reception tables by using the right colors of rose petals. Here is how to make these simple and very affordable rose petal centerpieces for your wedding reception tables.

NEEDED ITEMS: You will need a few items to get started on these fancy and easy centerpieces.

First you will need to get three tall and slender cylinder vases per centerpiece. You will need these tall cylinder vases to be different heights. For example, one should be about 12 inches tall, one 10 inches, and one 8 inches. This will give depth and beauty to your centerpieces.

You will also need one small round mirror that all three of your cylinder vases can set on together per centerpiece.

Finally you will need the rose petals. You will need to find at least two different colors of rose petals that match your wedding colors, you may even want to include some white rose petals for a little more variety and to add an extra color. For example, if your wedding colors are red, black, and white, then try to find all three of these colors in rose petals. You may even be able to dye white petals to be the color that you are wanting, if you cannot find a certain color like black.

MAKE THE CENTERPIECES: Once you have the items you need you can start making your centerpiece. First, you will need to glue the three cylinder vases onto the mirror. Glue them in a circle to the mirror using clear crafting glue so that they will hold well and the glue will not show. Next you will want to fill each of the cylinder vases with rose petals. Fill them to the top with the two or three colors of rose petals that you got.

When each of your centerpieces are done and ready to be displayed on the tables, place them where you want them on your tables. Finally, add a few of the different colored rose petals on the table around each centerpiece, this will make the centerpieces flow together. You could even make a line of the rose petals down the center of the tables between the centerpieces if you would like. Make it simple and uniquely yours.
