1 Whole fryer
1 tbsp. Oil
to taste Seasoning salt or herb blend

Directions for Make "Rotisserie" Chicken in the Crockpot

Crumple several small pieces of foil into balls. Line the bottom of your crockpot with the foil balls.

Wash the chicken and pat it dry.

Rub the chicken with oil. Season it inside and out with your favorite blend of seasonings. Place it in the crockpot on top of the foil, breast side up.

Place the lid on the crockpot. Cook for 4 to 6 hours on high.
Tip
Try different blends of herbs and spices to vary the taste of your homemade rotisserie-style chicken, such as lemon pepper or barbecue spice blend.
