Make Veggie Pizzas with Kraft Philly Cooking Creme in Minutes

You can use the new Kraft Philly Cooking Creme to make a great veggie pizza. Your family will be impressed, and you will be surprised how quickly and easily it will come together. It is good for you, too. This is a great way to encourage your kids to eat their vegetables.

One tub of Philly Cooking Creme will make two large pizzas.

Ingredients:

Kraft Philly Cooking Creme Italian Cheese and Herb: 1/2 tub
Pre-Made Pizza Crust size large
Shredded mozzarella cheese: 1/2 cup
Frozen vegetables( peppers and onions, spinach, etc...your choice): 1 bag
Canned diced tomatoes, drained: 1 regular size can
Oil to brush on crust
Onion powder
Parmesan Cheese to sprinkle on top a
nd crust

Directions:

1. Oil the cookie sheet and the pre-made crust, top and bottom.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
3. Spread a layer of Philly Cooking Creme on the pizza crust.
4. Add a layer of your chosen vegetable, followed by a layer of drained, diced tomatoes.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and onion powder. Be sure you sprinkle the crust edge, too.
6. Top with a cup of shredded Italian or Mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake for around 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden color.
