Makeup Beauty Tip #2 Getting Fuller Sexy Lips

Use Lip Products Effectively to Create a Fuller Sexier Pout

Isabelle E.
This makeup beauty tip is for those of you that want to create a fuller, sexier pout without using lip plumpers or resorting to a cosmetic procedure. Lip plumpers can often be irritating and strong for the lips. Some people can not use lip plumper's for that reason. Most people want to achieve that full, plump pout celebrities and models have in magazines,TV,or on the red carpet. Makeup artists use this trick to create an illusion of fuller lips by highlighting and contouring specific areas of the mouth.

Products Needed:

-Lip Moisture Balm
-Lip Liner
-Lipstick
-Lip gloss
-Nude or flesh color lip or eye pencil if you have medium to dark skin
-White lip or eye pencil of you have light skin

*The lip liner and lipstick should match almost exactly. The dark liner and light lipstick look is not flattering at all.
*The lip gloss should be a few shades lighter. If you are not a fan of gloss use another lipstick that is a few shades lighter than the darker one.

Now follow these Steps:

1. Prep your lips by using a moisture balm. I like to do this first before I even start applying makeup because by the time I get around to doing the lips the product has already been absorbed.

2. Line your lips as you normally would to prevent the lipstick from bleeding and feathering. You can line the lips a bit further out than your normal lip line to create bigger lips. But remember not to go overboard and go too far out because it becomes very obvious and unflattering. Try to use a lip liner that is similar or one shade darker than the color of your natural lips.

3. Apply the lipstick all over the lips using a lip brush. The lip brush will make the lipstick application more precise and easier to blend. use the brush to blend the lipstick well so you do not have streaks or uneven areas.

4. Apply the lighter lip gloss or lipstick in the center area of the lower and upper lip. The darker shade should be on the outer parts of the lips and the lighter shade in the center.

5.Blend any harsh lines between the two shades to give a more natural look. if you skip this step your lips will look unnatural and defeat the purpose of what you are trying to create.

6. Use the nude color or white pencil to outline your lips just at the center of the Cupid's bow in the upper lip. The Cupid's bow is the pointy parts of your upper lip that resembles a bow and arrow. Blend this in your skin by using your pinky finger because it is small and it will not ruin any work you have already done.

Your lips should now look fuller.
