Makeup Review: E.L.F.'s Studio Line Lip Primer and Plumper

Hey there everyone! Today we are going to talk about E.L.F.'s Lip Primer and Plumper. During this review we are going to discuss the packaging, color, texture, and application life.

Packaging:
This is a very compact product and easy to carry around with you no matter where you go. It can easily fit in a pocket, purse, makeup bag, etc. On one side of this product, there is a clear primer and on the other side of this product is the plumper. Each is laid out like lipstick. There is not a whole lot of product available, but a little does go a long way. Just do not overdo it and you will be good to go for a little while.

Texture:
Everything glides on with silky-smoothness. I did not have any problems with creasing or little clumping in the little cracks of dry lips. The primer is applied to the lips for the plumper and it really helps prepare the lips for the over coating. If you have dry lips that are cracking and need a little help before you apply lipstick, the primer will really help you out in that area. Now for the plumper, it also has a nice smooth texture and helps with dryness. This is not a lip-bomb though and is not made specifically for dry lips, so do not buy it if you are looking for something to take care of your dry lips.

Color:
There is only one color available for purchase in the Lip Primer and Plumper. It would be a little nice to have more colors available in this product so you have a wider range to choose from, but sadly there is only one color: Natural. It is a good color to go with if any, but if you are looking for a plumper in a more lively color, you will not find it here.

Application Life:
I was happy with the application life when I got six hours of plumping power. I did end up touching it up a little here and there, but not too much. I did not mind touching it up because I did not have to do it often and it is very easy. Simply sweep the primer over your lips and then the plumper. If you still have a little left over on your lips from a previous application, do not worry about it. Go ahead and sweep the primer over your previous application and start over. You will not get a caked up look unless you go massively overboard on the application.
