Make-Up Review: Peacock Collection by Bare Escentuals

I have always been a big fan of Bare Escentuals. I remember when I first saw an infomercial about the product, I immediately called and ordered the starter kit and I've been addicted since then. I have tried to many different types of makeup but none of them worked for me. Well not until I started using Bare Escentuals. Not everyone is well-suited for this so try it first before purchasing.

I was actually going back and forth about purchasing the Peacock Collection. I first saw it on their web site and I wanted it but I had to ask myself if I needed it that bad. Well after further thought, I bought it. I couldn't wait for it to be shipped to my house. I wanted to go to an actual store but it was a little ways from where I was at. When it arrived, I immediately opened the packaging and just laid everything out.

The Bisque, Mineral Veil. Pure Radiance, and Amber BuxomLips Lip Gloss I was already familiar with. I love these products. The Bisque conceals imperfections like blemishes and those dark circles under your eyes. I actually put this on top of my bareMinerals SPF 15 Foundation and it works wonders! Mineral Veil is always my finishing touch. It is completely sheer and it just puts everything together. Pure Radiance is one of the most wonderful products Bare Escentuals have. It gives you that gorgeous glow. You can apply this under, over, or together with any bareMinerals face color. The Amber Buxom Lips Lip Gloss is my favorite when it comes to Bare Escentuals lip glosses. It gives you fuller lips. It also has Vitamins A and E that keeps your lips soft, smooth, and protected.

The Peacock Glimpse and Pure Spice Eyeshadow was just perfect together! After I put everything on, I just felt elegant and unique. I love the look and it is perfect for both night and day use. The Big Tease Mascara is great as well. Longer and fuller lashes never hurt now does it? The brushes are always magnificent. The maximum coverage concealer brush is used together with bisque. It will help you cover up those imperfections.

So all in all, I have to give this product an A. It is really great! I recommend these to those who are familiar with Bare Escentuals and to those who are not, try it as well! Of course, you might want to start with the basics. If purchased separately, all of the products mentioned above is worth $168 but you can purchase the whole collection for only $60.
