I've been using Urban Decay for years now with a lot of luck from their products. Whenever they come out with a new product, I immediately get the low-down on it. Recently I had been having some problems with breakouts and acne. These weren't my typical breakouts either. They left red and slightly swollen pimples on random parts of my face. Even though I was using a great cleanser twice a day, I knew I needed something to cover up my acne during the day. I decided to head over to Urban Decay to see if they had any good products that could help me.
As soon as I hopped on the site at UrbanDecay.com, I saw the 24/7 Concealer. The Urban Decay 24/7 Concealer is a pencil that you can easily sharpen in any eyeliner sharpener. Urban Decay states that their 24/7 Concealer is easy in the way it works. You simply dot on tiny blemishes or shade it over large areas that have multiple breakouts. Then you blend a little and you're done! It seemed simple, so I decided to try it out. The Urban Decay 24/7 Concealer comes in four shades, which you can choose depending on your skin color. Because I have more of an olive complexion, I decided to go with the light-medium shade. The Urban Decay 24/7 Concealer retails for $17 on the Urban Decay website, which is a really good buy.
When I received my Urban Decay 24/7 Concealer pencil in the mail, I immediately wanted to try it out. I opened the pencil and saw a small blemish on my forehead. I simply dabbed the pencil on my blemish and blended a little with my finger. And like magic, my acne disappeared! It blended in perfectly with my skin tone. Additionally, what was even better is that the color stayed all day. It didn't rub off and it also didn't cause my acne to get even more inflamed. The Urban Decay 24/7 Concealer is a very gentle formula too and is infused with Vitamin E.
Over all, I would rate the Urban Decay 24/7 Concealer pencil a 5/5. It's simply a great concealer and it easily covers up any embarrassing blemishes in two easy steps. I would highly recommend it to anyone who breaks out regularly or anyone who wants their concealer to last all day. Remember to choose your right skin tone when your purchase it, otherwise you could end up with a color that doesn't match and looks a bit off!
