Making Choices

Erika Lee
When it comes down to making choices in life, I think I have a rule of thumb that is applicable on anything, at anytime.

First, consider your options, gather counsels and valid info.

Second, make your decision.

Third, be thankful and move forward. Period.

Never look back. Never gazed and remember what it was like.
Never think twice.

Cause if you do, you will be like Lot's wife in the bible, frozen as a sand statue for looking back to what's left of her home.
You're stuck.
You're not able to progress to anywhere in life, forever gazing on what is no longer yours.
You'll be living in the shadows of you past, neglecting the bright hope of your future.
You can not fulfill your dreams, because the 'if-only's keep dragging you backwards, away from it.

And so, as easy as it may sound, once you make a decision, move forward.
Forget the slightest notion that you even once had a choice. Erase the thought that you could have done this and that.

Because in reality, you can't undo life. And the same rule applies to every decision that you've made.

Very touching, I especially live by the "leave no room for regrets" area! Great advice to live by!
