Making Money Starting Discussions - Mylot

Mylot is an online community that users start and respond to discussions for money. You can pretty much discuss about anything you like. I've seen good discussions on there about abortion, and questions about sex, and I've also seen some pretty cheesy ones. You know like, what's your favorite color, or why do people drive in parkways and park on driveways.

Pretty much anything to make some money. There are many ways to contribute to how much you can make in a day. Responding to other people's discussions, starting your own, adding images to your topics or responses, rating people, tagging their discussions. All of these things contribute to how you make money on the site.

What Kinda Money?

It's up in the air. No one knows, but everyone has theories. You would think it's as mysterious as to who killed JFK or something. Thing is they dont' want you to know. That way whenever they see fit, they can change it to better benefit the site. In fact, since the beginning of October they've already changed the payout plan. I have spoke with many who are not happy and have spent less time on there.

What's Good?

They definitely are true to their word when it comes to the payout. Which is through paypal, and will be paid on the 15th of every month at the latest. Also most of the people. You find a couple trolls here or there that just want to upset some, but otherwise there are a lot of real people that are quite friendly.

Evidently to some, the money is great. I wondered at first how in the world someone could spend 15 hours a day typing responses and add images and wake up in the morning and see they made $2.00 and be ecstatic? I thought about it for awhile, and realized that some it's an escape. Most are trying to make money online and they are seeing the progression on an everyday basis so it works for them.

Is It Worth it?

It can be if you work it right. You get a % of money when people respond to your discussions so you have to find something that the whole world has in common. Then you have to ask the question in a way that it will peak interest and bring others on a constant.

If you want to spend a couple hours a day typing and discussing things for some gas money next month, then have at it. I would suggest getting as many referrals as possible to work for you so you don't have to spend 10 hours a day on there.
