To get through the process easier, you might want to take some of these tips into mind. You can use them to make your daily life seem better and then it will propel you to change your situation if you can more quickly.
One great way to get through the day easier is to make it a game. If you dislike your job duties, tell yourself that if you master them without complaint throughout the day when you go home you get some type of reward. It can be as little as a candy bar or as big as a dinner out. It can be some other type reward like new clothing or other items. This can make such a huge difference when you are working in a job that you dislike, because rewarding yourself for getting through it will make it easier each and every day.
Another way to make enduring a bad job easier, is to get out of the building during the lunch break. Pack your lunch and head out the door to sit in a quiet park or other area to take the hour to regroup and rejuvenate yourself. You do not have to spend your lunch hour with others or in a loud, noisy lunchroom. If you need the break from the hectic pace of your day, then take it. It will make a huge difference. You will come back after your lunch and be ready for the rest of the afternoon. This tip works well when you work in crowded workspaces and have to deal with a lot of people all the time.
If you are in a job that is isolated and you rarely see others, then you might need to call some friends and family and ask them to meet you for lunch. This will make your day go better, because you will have some human interaction and contact.
Another great way to get through a bad job is to keep your mind set on the paycheck. Even if it is a lot smaller than you are used to, when you get it make sure that you revel in it and get yourself something before you pay all of the bills. Doing this every paycheck, will help you to get through and look forward to the next one.
Send out a couple of resumes every single day, so that soon you can change your situation. In the meantime, use the tips above and you will find it will be better for time being.
