Ingredients (per serving):
2-4 oz. sliced pastrami
2 oz. sauerkraut
1-2 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. Thousand Island or Russian Dressing
1-2 cups lettuce
Caraway seeds
Execution:
Place lettuce on a plate or bowl. Place pastrami over lettuce. Next add the sauerkraut then the shredded Swiss cheese. Pour Russian or Thousand Island dressing on top. Sprinkle with Caraway seeds for the rye bread flavor!
