A judge has banned a man named, Charles R. Douglas, from entering Miner Park in Glen Carbon, Illinois. The reason is because Charles R. Douglas liked to tickle little kids who played in the park. He insist that he never touched any of the kids inappropriately. And that he always asked the parents' permission before he tickled their kid. He said he was just an innocent game that he have been playing with kids for years.
Now Douglas is 58 years old. He probably is having the time of his life playing with the little youngsters because his children are probably all grown now. But in the times we are living in, parents have to be very careful with who they let near their children. Everyday we hear about children being abducted, killed, or raped. Even though Douglas' intentions were innocent, I agree with the judge banning him from the park. I would of report him too, if a stranger came up to me and ask me if he could tickle my child. The reason is because you can't trust nobody these days. Its nothing personal. Its just the times we are living in.
