Man is Attracted to Dead Animals

Bryan James Hathaway 20, of Superior, Wisconsin has been convicted and sentenced for killing and attempting to have sexual relations with a deer carcass. The young man had been serving 2 years of extended supervision and six years probation after serving an 18 month jail sentence in a prior conviction when he was re-arrested. Hathaway had been convicted of felony mis-treatment of an animal back in April, 2005, when he was arrested and charged with killing a horse with the intention of having sex with it. He had also been found guilty of taking and driving a car without the owner's permission.

Mr. Hathaway pleaded no contest to the chargesTuesday in Douglas County Circuit Court, where he was sentenced in the deer case.Judge Michael Lucci commented about the case saying, "This type of behavior is very disturbing. It is disturbing to the court." Hathaway was also ordered to be evaluated as a sex offender by 'The Institute for Psychological and Sexual Health' in Duluth, Minn. He will also receive treatment while there as ordered by the court.

Assistant District Attorney, Jim Boughner said, "The state believes that this is the best possible place for this individual." Hathaway will also serve some of his probation, at the same time that he is serving his nine month jail sentence that was received in February, for violating his extended supervision."

Hathaway's Attorney, Public Defender Frederic Anderson says that the Defense will go along with the state's recommendation. After the sentencing , Judge Lucci remarked, "One way or another Mr. Hathaway will remain under my reckoning for the next seven and a half years."

The term Zoophilia is a term used to describe an affinity or attraction by a human to a non-human with the intent and purpose of sex. The person committing the act is called a paraphilia. The term beastiality is not a correct term in this regard. These persons involved in this act are also called zoosexual. Such acts are generally deemed as a crime against nature and animal abuse. Defenders of Zoosexuality argue that a human/animal relationship can go far beyond sexuality and not be any different than any other love/sex relationship.

The court has also ordered Mr. Hathaway to pay all court costs involved.

When you think about it No harm is done as objectionable it appears to be. Humans without Christ are dead in their sins, and for all intensive purposes are dead spiritually going to be at that time not repenting to be turned to dust on the last day. Humans have sex with them all the time. Who is doing the worse thing, and the answer has to be neither of of them.

why should animal sex be illegal. we can kill animals legally. there is no issue of consent or cruelty becuase the animal is dead. it becomes food product. as long as no one has to watch why should it matter what is done with it. if someone was to use food such as cream ( a dairy product from an animal) or fruits during sexplay then that would be considered ok. if the meat is stripped from the carcass is the meat still an animal? if someone bought a steak from a supermarket and used it in some sexual way ( use your imagination) would this be illegal.
