Man Wanted in Beating and Robbery of 101 Year Old Lady, in New York City

About a week ago, in the state of New York there was an attack of a 101 year old lady on her way to church. In the very building where she lived. She was beaten in the face and robbed and the criminal got 32$ from her handbag. The lady was knocked to the floor and could hardly walk to begin with.

The criminal was riding a unique color bike, a odd color for a man to be riding and was an adult. He left the scene of the crime and went a few blocks over to another lady, where he knocked an 85 year old lady down and stole her wedding ring that she had for a lifetime. The only comment the lady made was she hopes they catch him and rehabilitate him. I hope they hang him if they catch him. . At this ladies house he got another 30 some dollars.

At this present time, it is a misdemeanor to beat and rob a old person and they are currently working on a law to make it a felony to beat anyone over the age of 70 years old. In a generation where we should always respect these honored citizens, there are grown men, beating and robbing these old people. There bones are already fragile and break easily, as well as their skin being very thin. Plus, their heart is to weak to take this kind of beating.. What a terrible experience it is for an pleasant older lady to have to go through . Just going to church, in the morning.

There is a 29,000$ reward for information leading to the capture of this awful man. The news states that he is a coward, and should get more punishment than a slap on the wrist.

The older ladies come from a era where you could leave your door open and go outside in the daylight and speak to everybody. Where you could talk to the police officer and not have to worry about a thing. A time of safety. A time when you were safe. Are there that many people on this earth, that even the old people are not safe anymore? A time when you can't even shut your eyes at night. What is this world coming to? Doesn't this man have any upbringing at all?

Why doesn't anybody care to talk about the bike he was riding. Nobody seems to know a thing. How convenient.

It the same old story, nobody wants to be involved.

Is that the reason why there are so many retirement communities? Is that the reason why they have to be watched. Not because they will harm anybody, but because somebody will harm them. Here in Pa. there are several retirement communities all around, for the protection of the older people. When you are old you can't even go in the store without being ripped off. Like the store owners see the older person coming. They have very little funds and very little resources. All there old friends are gone and their children have their own lives.
