Manifesting Weight Loss

You may not realize it but you have used the law of attraction to manifest your extra weight. You can also use it to lose weight. Manifesting is what happens when you use the law of attraction; you attract into your life things that you have either consciously or unconsciously wanted.

Weight loss is no different; you can attract it into your life. So how do you attract the opposite of what you already have and don't really want anymore?

Watch what you think about

What you worry about is also what you will attract into your life. Any thought combined with emotion is a powerful attractant. Therefore, what you think about a lot is what will appear into your life.

One key here is to single out your thoughts. If in one second, you are worried about weight loss, and in the next, you are worried about being overweight, you effectively cancel the two out, and you will remain as you are.

Watch what you say

One of the easy ways to attract anything into your life is through the repeated verbalizing of your thoughts. If you keep saying you are fat, you will get and stay fat. If you complain, you are attracting what you are complaining about.

You need to guard yourself as to what words you allow yourself to say out loud. Quite literally, what you say is what you get. Now if you say something once, nothing will happen, but if you repeat it many times during the day, it will cause events to occur that will bring into your life what you have been saying.

I am sure you know someone who always complains about something, and it seems they always get more to complain about. The same is true for you, if you say that diets don't work for you, then they won't. If you say you cannot lose the weight then you won't. See the pattern?

Change your mind

Start your weight loss program by changing your mind. Start to think that you can lose weight, and start saying that your weight loss plan will work. If you catch yourself saying otherwise, stop, and tell yourself and anyone else who was listening that you can and will succeed. This make take a few tries before you finally realize that you were sabotaging your own efforts, once you get your mind under control your weight loss effort will finally work for you.

As will all things it will take time to appear into your life the things that you desire, but with persistence, they certainly will. You did not get overweight overnight, so it will take a while before you have your fit and trim self.
