Step Trak Lite, a free app by Aware Technologies and Pedometer by Luminant Software helps track steps, distance traveled, and hopefully, the number of calories you burn. This feature is perfect for weight control. Pedometer has a music playback and supports both English and metric units of measurement.
RunCalc 1.4 by Maverick Software is an easy-to-use calculator and stopwatch for pacing and calculating split times; it has metric/English unit conversions. Just like your car's dashboard, show your pace in minutes per mile/K and speed in MPH/KPH. The app has pre-sets for 400m, 800m, 5K, 10K, and marathon distances.

Fitnio 1.1 with its iPod music library integration provides easy access for monitoring workouts through its GPS tracking as well as an emergency button to speed dial a friend or 911 if you need help. This program is NOT a pedometer nor can it run indoors!
