Justin Bieber may be regretting making a huge chunk of his fortune off a song called "Baby, Baby, Baby" right about now. That's because a 20 year-old California woman named Mariah Yeater (photo here) is singing a tune of her own about how Justin fathered a child with her last October. Now, she says she is demanding a paternity test. We wonder what Selena thinks of all this...

The sleeping infant also seen in the photo is Yeater's now three month-old son, who she claims is a result of a backstage tryst with Justin Bieber. In a paternity lawsuit filed in late October of this year and obtained by Star Magazine, Mariah Yeater claims she was Justin's first sexual conquest, that their alleged romantic Staples Center interlude was "his first time". Bieber was just 16 years old when Mariah Yeater, then 19, claims to have slept with him. This means that she was a legal adult who is admitting to sleeping with a minor child. If by some strange occurance any of Yeater's claims are backed up by the administration of a court-ordered paternity test, Yeater herself may be open to legal action as a result of proving her own case.

Bieber's representative issued a statement soon after the suit was filed, saying they had "not seen the lawsuit yet", but promised "all available legal remedies" would be examined to help "protect Justin" from these "false, defamatory claims".

For his part, Justin Bieber (or whoever updates Bieber's Facebook page) called the paternity lawsuit and Yeater's claims "rumors" and "gossip", and told fans he would be staying focused "on the music". Within two hours, the status updates had more than 19,075 'likes' and almost 4,000 comments. Never missing an opportunity to promote, Biebs attached a link to his new album "Under The Mistletoe", and thanked his fans for their support.
