Desperate Housewives Returns with a New Twist
Executive Producer , Marc Cherry, decided to "shake things up" by fast forwarding to five years from where they left off in the season finale of 2007/2008. So many things can happen in five years! This new approach will be a clean slate for Desperate Housewives as the writers explore new plots and keep us enthralled by recapping details of the past five years.
Five years later, the Desperate Housewives have had a lot of changes in their lives. Bree and Katherine have a catering business. Susan is in a new romance...what happened to Mike? Gabrielle's looks have changed a bit and she two young children now. Lynette is dealing with "the joys" of having two teenage sons. Who knows what Edie is up to?
Fans of Desperate Housewives can view video on the show's website to learn more about the new approach in an interview with Executive Producer, Marc Cherry, as well as interviews with the cast. There are also funny clips from past years and an opportunity to get caught up with episode recaps.
One thing is for sure, many fans will tune in to watch the premiere of this award winning show. Desperate Housewives airs Sunday nights on ABC at 9:00 pm (8:00 pm Central).

Post a CommentI have been off work for one year. I had not seen this show before. But since being home, I was able to catch reruns on lifetime. I love the show. I love the outfits the women wear. It brightens my boring day watching this show. I even have my husband interested. He figured if something got my attention everyday it had to be good. I get confused at times, they don't always run the shows in the correct order.Looking forward to more shows.

I watched the first season on DVD and just may starting watching DH. I'm one of the few who was not addicted though I now am to 24 having seen the first 3 1/2 seasons on DVD. I added you to my subscription list. I like your articles:)
