Mark Light Bright Depuff Eye Gel Review

Nina Rotz
Got puffy eyes? We all do. I hate waking up in the morning with puffy eyes, but at least I do not suffer from dark circles under my eyes. An outstanding eye de-puffing gel always resolves my problem. I prefer to use Mark's Light Bright Eye Gel. This "hook-up treatment" is an instant eye brightener and de-buffer sold through Avon and Mark cosmetics.

Mark's Light Bright Eye Gel Ingredients

Mark's Light Bright Eye Gel has a cool and calming effect on my skin. I found the ingredient list interesting. The product contains extracts from lotus flower, cucumber, molasses, aloe leaf, kiwi fruit, licorice root, fennel, alfalfa, coffee seed, olive leaf and pomegranate.

How Well Does Mark's Light Bright Eye Gel Work?

It took minutes for me to see positive results. I applied the product as I was getting ready to go to the gym. I looked in the mirror five minutes after application and puffiness around my eyes had disappeared. I only required one application a day. I did get slightly obsessive the first day I tried this product, as the results were so appealing. I believe I re-applied about three times that day, which was unnecessary. One application a day seems to be an effective way to keep puffiness away all day, and the results show within minutes.

Under Foundation or Bare

I wore this product all by itself or under my foundation. The formula is lightweight and dries quickly. I found no problems using it under my foundation. I found the results to be flattering, as the area around my eyes looked improved.

Night or Day Application

The instructions for Mark's Light Bright Eye Gel state that the product is for morning and night use. I have found better results with morning application only. A nighttime application does not seem to do much for the puffy skin under my eyes.

Ease of Application

Mark's Light Bright Eye Gel is easy to apply. The tip of the gel applicator resembles a lip-gloss applicator. All you have to do is squeeze the tube and pat gently under eyes. I usually applied the product under my eyes only and never on my eyelids. The instructions state that you can apply this product on your eyelids, but I did not find a need for it. You can use your fingers to apply the gel under eyes. I would advise that you use the fingertip of your ring finger, as all eye creams and products need application with the softest touch.

The eye gel costs $8 for an incredibly small tube - 0.17 oz to be exact. I thought this product would never last, but it does. I apply it in the mornings only, and I am able to use one tube for an entire month. Make the product last longer by applying it on the morning after a sleepless night. I would recommend Mark's Light Bright Eye Gel to any woman dealing with puffy and baggy eyes. We all deal with the same beauty problem, but we do not have to spend a fortune to make it go away.
