Crowd Calls This a Bluff

Scott Ruffalo, brother of actor Mark Ruffalo, was found by police around 1 a.m. on Dec. 1 in his Beverly Hills apartment with a gunshot wound to the head. Ruffalo, a popular hairdresser in Beverly Hills, was immediately rushed to the emergency room. After seven days under critical care attention, he passed away. Time of death was on Monday, January 8, at 1:30 p.m.

Now the prime suspect in his murder case is saying he died in a deadly game of russian roulette, a "game" that involves a group of people and a revolver. Someone loads the gun with one bullet, spins the cylinder and then places the gun to his/her head and pulls the trigger.

Los Angeles residents and "persons of interest," Brian Scofield, 29, and Shaha Mishaal Adham, 26, emerged from the dust and turned themselves in to Beverly Hills police Monday afternoon.

The NY Daily news reports that Adham, of Beverly Hills, was booked for a no-bail arrest warrant for attempted murder. Scofield was booked for a misdemeanor traffic warrant.

Police have not commented on the relationship between the three, but according to NY Daily, "Adham is listed in public records as a relative, possibly a granddaughter, of Sheikh Kamal Ibrahim Adham, the deceased former head of Saudi foreign intelligence and a wealthy businessman who was the half-brother of King Faisal's wife."

Since Monday afternoon, Adham - who is currently under arrest - has claimed that Ruffalo shot himself accidentally during the high-risk game of Russian Roulette.

Her attorney tells the Daily News, "We expect the coroners report to show the shooting was a result of the victim's chronic playing of Russian Roulette and his dangerous playing with firearms while under the use of controlled substances."

The attorney added, "My client was a good friend of the victim and is very sad for the loss of his family. However, she played no role whatsoever in his accidental death."

Adham's attorney also stated that the gun used in his dead belonged to Ruffalo, who he alledges used cocaine. He said that Ruffalo would use drugs often and play with guns in front of several witnesses.

Hollywood's famous Perez Hilton says on his blog, "Wouldn't a real friend have urged him to seek help if that was the case? Something seems shady here."

I just heard, "Sketch-faced Shaha Mishaal Adham has been released from jail after evidence sufficiently proved that the gunshot that killed actor Mark Ruffalo's younger brother, hairstylist Scott, was indeed self-inflicted.

During a 5 hour meeting last night, attorney Ronald Richards presented enough evidence to detectives to clear his client. He said, "This was an accidental shooting by someone that plays with guns" adding that Adham was essentially a witness to a a game of Russian Roulette finally gone wrong.

Apparently, Scott Ruffalo would gamble with his life by taking drugs and then up the stakes with dangerous games of chance with firearms."

It is so sad that such a terrible thing happened to Mr. Ruffalo's brother. May God be with him and his family. Good reporting.
