Mark Sanchez' 17-year-old fling Eliza Kruger has been revealed! So could the Jets quarterback who was once accused of rape be in big trouble? And did Mark Sanchez meet her at a Justin Bieber concert?

Let me start this fairytale from the beginning. Yesterday reports surfaced online of 24-year-old Mark Sanchez' fling with a 17-year-old high school girl that wouldn't allow her identity to be revealed in an article on Deadspin. She contacted the site stating that she wanted to tell her side of the story after receiving a threatening E-mail from someone claiming to be doing research for Deadspin (an email Deadspin says didn't exist).

And, just in time for Valentine's Day, this is where the romantic story starts. Mark Sanchez is an avid fan of musicals who sang "I'm Every Woman" with Justin Bieber on SNL, and it seems that he might have become smitten with the pop star; he was spotted rockin' out to Justin Bieber at the pint-sized celeb's Madison Square Garden concert. But while he was surrounded by tons of teen girls there, this is not where he found his princess.

Nay, Mark Sanchez met Eliza Kruger at the Manhattan club Lavo on New Year's Eve, where he scored her digits. They had a Romeo and Juliet-esque talk about the age of consent in New York (17) before fate tore the two apart (well, actually it might have been because the high school girl had a curfew).

But these star-crossed lovers couldn't be kept away from one another, and the poetic Eliza Kruger couldn't wait to get home and eloquently proclaim her feelings for the quarterback, posting on her Facebook page, " MARK F***ING SANCHEZ JUST TEXTED ME!!!!!!!!!!!" (and yes, there were eleven exclamation marks; that is important to note).

Eliza Kruger later hooked up with Mark Sanchez at his Jersey home on a golf course during a big storm, and she was sure to take home some mementos of their exquisite night together: photos of his boudoir to prove that she had been there. But they didn't consummate their love before having a nice long talk; this time Mark Sanchez had to check on the age of consent in Jersey (16). Mark Sanchez would afterwards continue to try and contact his ladylove through love letters (well, actually text messages).

But Eliza Kruger's obligations as a high school student just made it hard for the lovers to meet, and she was worried that her story would turn into "an Ashton Kutcher situation" (where a girl appeared to be nothing more than a desperate famewhore after telling the world that she had a fling with a celebrity).

And Eliza Kruger's heart, which was just so full that she had to tell her tale, might have misled the girl into doing something that she now regrets; she later told Deadspin that she wanted the story to appear to come from a deceitful friend of hers instead of from her own mouth, fearing that it might make her look bad and ruin her chances at getting into college or for future jobs. She then backtracked and threatened to sue Deadspin if they printed her fairytale, also stating that the emails Deadspin received were not from her.

As it turns out, Eliza Kruger is the daughter of a wealthy financier named Konrad "Chip" Kruger, and since the guy is absolutely loaded, it's unlikely his little princess has to worry about pesky problems like college and work. However, if he gets upset with her for telling this tale, he might consider shipping her off to the VH1 show "You're Cut Off."

So will this "West Side Story" have a happy ending? Well, Mark Sanchez is a member of the Jets, a gang known as bad boys when it comes to women. And Mark Sanchez himself may have partaken in even worse bad behavior; he was arrested in 2006 on suspicion of rape, but was never charged.

But still, maybe Mark Sanchez will make Eliza Kruger an honest woman someday, whisking his princess away from a life of being a family embarrassment and making her the wife of a sports star. Then maybe she'll get the attention she so craves in the form of a reality show of some sort, and they'll all live happily ever after.
