Oh boy! The Jets are at it again with controversy. Mark Sanchez had sexual relations with a 17 year old. What? A story about Sanchez having an alleged relationship is making it's rounds on the internet.

According to Deadspin ,the girl who's going by the name E.K. Has contacted deadspin about her relationship with Sanchez, and then I guess the girl decided to back out and have her lawyer take over. I mean why not?

First the eating of the hotdog, then the booger wiping, and now being accused of what some people are calling rape, what's next for this poor Jets quarterback?

If you go to Deadspin, the article explains about a possibility of cell phone pictures from the girls Blackberry of her and Mark in the bedroom, and also how the Jets are actually aware of this matter. Now according to Nesn.com , The Jets organization replied with this quote " We are not going to discuss Mark's private life." This is what Bruce Speight wrote. Well, why won't they discuss it? Did they have enough with Brett or what?

What I don't get is, why would some people consider this rape? I thought the law in New York and New Jersey was for under 17? Now if the girl didn't consent to the relations then it could turn into a huge mess. If I remember correctly, I think Mark is like 23 or 24, so what's the beef here then? Many people go with younger or older people. Don't worry Sanchez, you'r not the only celebrity who had relations with a younger girl.

Age is just a number, unless the person is underage or the person does not consent.
