Marriage Proposal Unexpected on Flavor of Love Season 3

I don't know about everyone else, but I have been addicted to VH-1's reality series "Flavor of Love" since the first season. I was crushed that it didn't work out with Flav's first pick Hoopz...and then Deelishis....and now Thing 2! That's right, Flav and his final pick, Thing 2, are now just friends. Instead Flav has proposed to Liz the mother of his seventh child, Karma, which he did so during the reunion show of "Flavor of Love 3." But the real question is, will it last or will there be fourth season?

After this season I'm not so sure. Season three was filled with girls backstabbing each other, girls only there for the exposure, and of course lots of drinking - much like the other two seasons. In tradition of the show Flav kept with his nick name system and of course crazy challenges ensued (including a fake marriage to Flav by all the girls, and story telling to small children). But what was so different about this season from the other two? Well Flav did claim this would the last season of his hit show, which he has never said before.

There were also a couple other firsts for this season, including twins (Thing 1 and Thing 2) and a couple girls got introduced late into the season by past show participants Buckwild and Saaphyri. One of them, Black, actually made it into Flav's final two, before ultimately getting turned down in favor of Thing 2; although this wouldn't be the happily ever after the audience expected.

According to Richard Johnson of Page Six magazine, Flav, or as he's known to his mother William Drayton, Jr., was already engaged to Lisa soon after the second season wrapped - and he never even called the winner, Deelishis! Johnson also claims that the only reason Flav even decided to go on with a third season was because he had already cashed his check and was obligated by his contract to do it. So does that make season three all a lie? If this is true, then I guess so. I hope the girls were aware of this, although by the look on Thing 2's face as he proposed to Liz tells a different story.

I just don't know what to think about Flav's decision because I've been backing Thing 2 up for quite awhile and thought they made a great match. Flav always has claimed that he is looking for love, although you wouldn't always know it by watching him make out with a variety of girls, so for his sake I do hope he found love with his new fiancée. But if he hasn't, then there's always VH-1 to come back to.

Flav did thing 2 wrong and it will come back to him. He knew the X was a part of his life, with all those children by all those diffrent women. Thing 2 you are too good for Flav, you are a good girl who did not need to be with a fake man like Flav. I wish all you the best in what ever you decide to do with your life. Keep your head up Thing 2, you are a real winner in my book.

Season 3 was all about the money. Flav got more money faking a love show and VH1 got one more season. I have lost all respect for flav and vh1!
