Keep the Love Strong and the Sheets Tossing!

Feel like you been traveling a long time and you are now running on fumes. Marriage has lasted all these years, but where did the flames go? Did they go out once the two of you signed the marriage certificate and made your marriage official? Millions of couples go through this dilemma on a daily basis, but how many of these couples actually find the answer they are looking for in regards to their relationship to their spouse.

What is your excuse? I've worked all day, I'm stressed, too worried about bills, I deal with the kids too much, lack of appreciation, I'm not feeling attracted to my mate due to changes in weight or attitude; are some of the excuses that I have heard many couples voice over the years. How do we correct the problem of no romance in the marriage these days.

TALK! Communication is the key. Talk about your likes and dislikes (be civil and respectful) in regards to your mate. Be honest, talk about your desires, and your expectations from your mate.

Understand that daily STRESS FACTORS take away from an individuals performance when having sexual relations with their spouse.

The older men get, their testosterone levels drop off therefore such medications for ED -ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION- come into play. Women on the other hand...our hormonal playground is open 24/7.

Are you a fair lover? Do you paint the best portrait for your lover to see when it's time to get down to business. Can you stand some new lingerie, new perfume or even shed a few pounds? Vision, and scent are two factors that can make or break a sexual experience with your love.

Leave sexy text pics or voice mails on your loves phone. How about a sexy pair of thongs on the steering wheel, or a dirty notes in his/her briefcase or lunch bag.

SCHEDULE PLAYTIME! You schedule everything else, why not pencil in your playtime! Then send an 'appointment reminder' to your love! This will have them highly anticipating their 'after five meeting'. How exciting is that. Please remember to always talk to your loves one and communicate at all times. It goes along way baby!

  • Take the time to be with your love.
  • People lose focus on their relationships when dealing with daily struggles.
  • Marriage does not have to be boring.
Couples will enjoy relationships more if they communicate often and try some new things like 'scheduling' their love sessions.
