I have eaten this since I was very young. They have been a family staple in my household for years. We used to eat them with a meal at least once a week. Also when my mother made soup she always added a package of the ramen noodles to make it stretch. If you want to make them as a snack or as a soup for a meal it is very easy. All you do is boil them in water and then add the seasonings from the packet. Then they are ready to serve. When you try the Oriental flavored ramen noodles you will find out that they are a little spicy. They are not hot, but just a little hint of spice is there. When you make this into a soup as directed on the package you will notice that it is very tasty, but it is very high in sodium. IF you like salty things you will definitely like this.
This is a good product that you can use to stretch soup. You can also use it as a quick snack, but you can also make this into a meal with the many recipes that are on this website. This is a product that we keep in our house because it is a quick and easy snack. It is convenient, but due to the convenience, it is also not healthy! There are actually two servings per package and each serving has more than 30% of your daily sodium intake. This is a product that does taste good, but it is extremely salty! Beware if you are on a low sodium diet. I happen to love the flavor and keep buying them because of the convenience. If you are looking for a very inexpensive meal, try Maruchan Ramen Oriental Flavored Noodle Soup today and see what you think!
