Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen Debut New $39,000 Alligator Backpack, and it Sells Out
Ashley and Mary Kate Olsen reported that the new alligator handbag sold out before all other items and the demand for the "exclusive" bag has shot to the ceiling. The new bag is a part of Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen's new handbag line which is a part of their high-end luxury fashion line called "The Row."
The new alligator bag is very stylish in black alligator. Not only that, the bag is functional too. As far as the price tag goes, chances are that not too many of your friends will also have this bag in their wardrobe, another sign that this will be an exclusive item to own.
With the successful launch of the new and pricey backpack in Paris, the two fashion designers are on their way to making a big imprint in the fashion design world. It looks like at least one item will be a hit from their 2012 Spring line, but my guess is that the entire line will be a big hit now. With the sellout of the new alligator backpack, the rest of the fashions in "The Row" line will be sure to be noticed.
The Olsen twins, as they were known in their childhood acting days, have been in the fashion design business for a little over four years now and are well established in the fashion design business. Having two distinct looks and styles, the actresses manage to combine their favorites for one-of-a-kind designs. The 2012 Spring line of fashions from the duo reflects a soft and romantic side, a step back from the bold creations they introduced for the Fall/Winter 2011 season.
Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen's designer line, "The Row" can be seen online at www.therow.com or at most Bloomingdales or Barney's locations. In addition to their clothing line, Ashley and Mary Kate Olsen also have a line of sunglasses, shoes and other accessories. I'm betting that a jewelry line will be next new line for the Olsen girls!
