Mary Kay....An Economic Solution?
Is Mary Kay Still the Pretty-in-pink, June Cleaver Business Opportunity?
I've been a customer of Mary Kay's for years, again, out of economic necessity. After all, I'd prefer to buy a product once and know it'll work, rather than try to cut financial corners and buy at the local drugstore and end up with poor quality and, therefore, never use the product (which you definitely can't return since you've opened it). Mary Kay let's me return an item if I am truly not satisfied. As a flight attendant, I'm definitely in the public eye frequently. And, what woman doesn't want to feel good about herself (no, I don't subscribe to society's dictatorial motto of "make-up makes picture-perfect"). Given my rather hectic schedule, I'd like to feel well presented and well put together through out the day. Sorry, ladies, I don't have time to primp either (ya think??!!!). That being said, I truly believe that it's definitely not just external beauty that truly reflects our personal beauty but our inner beauty instead. What better way to reflect that than a relaxed exterior.
So.....I've added yet another "title" to my resume.....in hopes of ultimately consolidating my financial pursuits.....to be able to spend more time with my beautiful daughter. You guessed it. I am now presenting the products that I used for so long and believe in wholeheartedly. And, no, it's definitely not the pretty-in-pink June Cleaver opportunity. Let's face it. When you read the title to this article, likely that image immediately came to mind. Yes, I like the color pink, but definitely in moderation. And, no, I'm definitely not the June Cleaver type. It's a career for anyone looking for the path to spending more time with your friends and family without being homeless to do it.
