Masseuse for Heath Ledger Called Mary Kate Olsen

First Call to "Full House" Star when Ledger was Found Cold

Heath ledger, star of numerous movies including "Brokeback Mountain", was found dead earlier this week in his apartment in New York. Numerous reports have come out regarding his demise at the age of 29, but it is the newest information that is the most odd of this whole unfolding story.

On the arrival of Heath Ledger's massage therapist Diana Wolozin to his apartment, she knocked but he did not answer her knocking. She tried calling, but no answer. She found that Heath was cold to the touch, so she did what anyone would do in this situation: She called Mary Kate Olsen.

Mary Kate Olsen?? Star of TV's "Full House" and child star turned to multi-millionaire marketing prodigy? That Mary Kate Olsen? Yes; that one. The massage therapist called her on Heath's phone, knowing that they were friends. She advised her to call 911 and sent her personal guards over to help her, but as we all know-it was too late in the end to save him.

We will hear numerous reports on him in the coming weeks-autopsy reports, we will hear about drugs he did/might have taken, and his name and credibility will be dragged through the mud. All that he tried to keep secret is now our gossip.

Mary Kate Olsen tried, but was not able to give Heath Ledger any help to survive.

I just heard about this on TV. I guess that's why people thought it was Mary Kate's apartment that she was leasing him. There are so many versions of the same story going around that things will undoubtedly get twisted and most of the stories will be untrue. It's just too bad that such a great person who can't defend himself will be talked about with not much more than speculation. Whatever the autopsy says, that will be the truth and nothing more. I hope people hear it, accept it, say a prayer for his family, and move on.

Wow! That's weird. Why wouldn't she just have called 911 right away? It should have been her first call. I'm sure maybe the two of them were close and that's why she called her. But it's yet another twist to this story. Great reporting!
