9 cups flour (measure after sifting)
1/4 cup backing powder
1 1/2 Tablespoons Salt
Stir in 3 times
Gradually and 1 1/2 to 2 cups of shortening until real fine.
Store in Cool Dry Place
(this can be used in place of bisquick)
