All in all, you can have thicker, fuller, longer and healthier lashes naturally and without exposing your eyes to potentially toxic chemicals. Conditioning your eyelashes nightly and adding key nutrients to your diet can work wonders for your lashes without any of the side effects that chemically based eyelash growth serums can expose you to.
