Search engine visibility begins with understanding how they work, and what increases the success of the writing. Search engines, as well as online readers, scan through articles rather than reading them in detail. Short sentences and paragraphs that get to the point are necessary to optimize visibility. Long, drawn out sections of a piece of writing will be skipped over, which effects the keyword density.
Always use the main keyword in the first sentence of every paragraph to increase search engine visibility. This allows the search engines easy access to keywords and allows the overall keyword density to easily be counted. This one strategy will increase the visibility of any article by at least double, sometimes more depending on the topic. Always use the main keyword in the opening sentences, even if re-wording is required to achieve it. Remember, this is online writing, which has different rules that must be followed.
When trying to optimize search engine visibility never overload an article with keyword density. A basic article should contain the keyword at least three times, but never more than five. Follow this rule and use variations of the main keyword. This will make the article even more visible because it will allow different search phrases to be used. Overloading the keyword density of an article with one specific keyword will just get it by-passed by most of the search engines.
In order to maximize search engine visibility proper SEO style must be followed. If this is an unfamiliar concept do some research and find out what it means. Follow all the guidelines for optimizing search engine results and the majority of poorly written articles online will not have a chance. There is definitely an art to writing an article online that will actually be viewed. SEO style writing is not hard to understand or learn, but if it is not followed search engine visibility will not be possible.
