L J Pearce
Everybody and anybody always wants to earn more or make more money so here are just a few ways in which you could boost or maximize your income.

1. Try taking on a second job in addition to your primary/first job. OR how about trying to get a few extra hours at your existing job.

2. Check what you are allowed or entitled to, for example are you allowed or entitled to working tax credits or similar.

3. Turn your hobbies into cash or money making ideas. If you know something or are good at something then why not turn it into cash.

4. Sell your story. How about maximizing your income by selling your story or stories to papers, weeklies and magazines.

5. Why not make and sell things. To boost your income have you considered making and selling handmade items, from cards to hampers - Is there something you can make from home and sell?

6. Could you get in a lodger. If you have a spare room or bedroom in your house then have you thought about turning it into cash and getting a lodger in?

7. Have you thought about teaching others what you know, for example if you can cook why not teach other people to cook?

8. Why not turn a hobby into a business. If you are looking to maximize your income have you thought about turning something you love doing in your spare time into a part time business perhaps?

9. Have you thought about turning your clutter into cash. Why not have a look around your home and garage to see what can be sold to generate a bit of extra income.

Top tips for maximizing your income
Boosting and maximizing your income will not usually happen overnight. It does require work, effort, time and patience. Here are a few other tips that should hopefully get your earning more money.

1. Conduct some market research. To tap into opportunities why not ask those around you what they want, or need. Find a gap in the market and then fill it.

2. Stick to what you know best. Instead of spending lots of money trying to learn something new, why not focus on making money with what you know best and turn your skills or interests into cash.

3. Don't try to do too much at once. If you have a few ideas for making some extra income then try to work on them individually and one at a time. Don't try to do too many things all at the same time or else you might find that you fail at each thing you were trying to do.

I hope you have found this article both useful and helpful. Good luck with maximizing your income, I wish you every success.

I like the point you made about focusing on what you already know rather than learning something new.
