Post a Commentive had problems with my maytag that i bought at lowes since day 1. i am now using a laundry mat or my sons top load washer. so much for that $1,000 dollar plus machine. that i did not know had been recalled. theres a reason maytag repair men are lonely. they cant be fixed
I waited approximately 45 yrs. to purchase a Maytag. Now, that I have one, I wish I had purchased another brand. What a load of doo doo this machine is.
i bought his machine from lowes and immediatly had problems with it this is a pice of junk ,the drum spins off center, it leaks and its a fire hazard ! after returning it i purchased a whirlpool which also was a piece of junk clunking noises and the machine was jumping all over the floor ! i returned it again ,i must honestly tell all of you i purchsed a BOSCH 300 nexxt series washer and this machine is simply the best washing machine ive ever seen in my life ,its so quite its unbelieveable ! even in a high spin cycle its silence is amazing I highly reccomend anyone wanting to purchase a washing machine GET A BOSCH you wont be diassapointed
I can not beleive that due to the fact that whirlpool bought maytag out that the clients who own maytag products are left to tend on their own.We were not aware of the recall nor were we ever notified and now that we need repairs done on our machines we are left hanging because maytag has been sold.If this is how you people respect your clients and dont give a dame about us, word of mouth is very bad and whirlpool should respect the clients who bought maytag products and help these people. Not say sorry whirlpool bouhgt maytag out and thereis nothing in our system reguarding canadians who bought Maytag washer an dryers.Respect these clients and do what ever repairs that may need to be done and give good customer service, not the crap we are receiving....
why didn't we recieve notice to better help our customers ?????
Helpful info!
