Game Background
As a Mod-Bot, you have been summoned to clean up the Portal that has been filled with spammers so that the daily top-five submissions can be delivered.
Gameplay
The objective of M-Bot The Game is to shoot down as many enemies as possible.
Enemies will approach you from the right side of the screen, while you are continuously traveling to the right. You can move closer and further from the screen, as well as back and forth from left to right or right to left.
Throughout the game, there will be shield-like objects that can be collected for points. Simply touch them to collect them. The more you collect, the more points you will score. Also, as you play through the game, you will notice a good number of obstacles that will come in your way. Alongside enemies, you may encounter mines, cars going in the opposite direction as you, and other hindering obstacles. Taking damage will reduce your score. If you take too much damage with a score of zero, you will lose the game.
When you attack enemies, you will generate a combo value. Keeping enemies in the air as you shoot them will increase this combo value, but once enemies touch the ground, the combo will reset. Keeping and destroying an enemy with a max combo level will drop a large shield that, when collected, will upgrade your weaponry. Get four upgrades and you can do a special attack move.
At the top-left hand corner of the screen, you can see your score. Below that you have a combo value gauge. At the bottom-left hand corner of the screen, you can see the combo bar that must be filled to upgrade your M-Bot. Below the combo bar is an indication of the level of your combos.

Game Review
The gameplay of M-Bot The Game is very similar to most horizontal-flying action shooter game. However, instead of moving up and down the screen, M-Bot The Game has players moving closer to the screen and farther from the screen, requiring players to have a bigger degree of depth perception. Because of this, it can be difficult to tell where one is during the game in terms of depth. Other than that, the game can be quite addicting, even with its rather simple game concept.
M-Bot The Game scores a 7/10 for offering a good amount of entertainment.
