Hamburger
This seasoning makes hamburgers taste really good. I use it all the time when making burgers. I don't have an outdoor grill, but I like to make my burgers on my George Foreman indoor grill. The Hamburger seasoning is great for indoor grilling as well.
Garlic and Onion Medley
This is my favorite seasoning to use on vegetables and chicken. Roasted potatoes are great with this seasoning. Toss potatoes with some butter and sprinkle on the seasoning. It adds great flavor. Garlic and Onion Medley is just a blend of garlic, onion and other spices, including paprika.
Roasted Garlic and Herb
I like to use this seasoning on chicken, seafood and even vegetables. Roasted Garlic and Herb seasoning contains roasted garlic, dill, coriander and onion. It's also good when sautéing chicken breasts.
Montreal Chicken
This seasoning is not only good on steak, but it's good on pork and seafood as well. Season 1 lb meat with 1 tbsp of Montreal Chicken seasoning prior to grilling or broiling. Included in this seasoning is garlic, salt, black pepper, onion, red pepper, green pepper, orange peel and paprika.
Montreal Steak
This seasoning is good for steaks and burgers, but I warn you not to use too much. A little goes a long way. For a good marinade, mix ¼ cup olive oil and 2 tbsp soy sauce with Montreal Steak seasoning. Coat 1 lb of steak with the marinade, then refrigerate for at least ½ hour. My boyfriend says this seasoning makes great burgers.
Mesquite
This is a great seasoning for chicken and pork, but it's the best on ribs, in my opinion. There are several marinades and sauces you can make with the Mesquite seasoning as well. Visit the website below for recipes. This seasoning has a "grill flavor" in the ingredients, which gives it a smoky, bold flavor in the foods you cook.
Barbeque
The BBQ seasoning is similar to the Mesquite seasoning, but this one is a little bit sweeter because it has brown sugar in it. The Barbeque seasoning is great with any meat, including chicken breasts or wings, ribs, pork and even steak. I like to use this seasoning when making BBQ chicken wings, it's adds a delicious flavor when accompanied by a good BBQ sauce.
Lemon Pepper with Herbs
This seasoning is the best with chicken and seafood. It's a blend of lemon, black pepper, garlic and herbs. It goes very well with salmon and shrimp.
Salmon
This seasoning can be used on any type of fish or seafood, not just Salmon. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon per 1 pound of fish before you grill it. The seasoning can be used for baked fish as well. It's a little bit spicy and adds a nice kick to any seafood you're making.
I recommend using any of the above seasonings when grilling out or cooking indoors. Don't be wary about the name "Grill Mates", these seasonings are just as good when baking or sautéing too.
