There are a few rules that guests at McCoy's RV Park should be aware of. To begin with all guests staying at the park should register at the office. The check in time is between 2pm and 9pm. If you are going to be coming into the park after 9pm, let the management know so arrangements can be made, if possible. If not, be sure to register before 9am the next morning. After registering, you will need to pay all the fees due and they will need to be paid in advance with either checks or cash. No credit cards are allowed and there are no refunds. Check out time is 11am. But, if you have decided that you are going to stay longer, you are to alert the management two days before your rental period is over.
There is a laundry and shower area on the property for guests to use. However, they are open from 6am to 9pm. If you are using the laundry facility, the last load of clothes should be in the dryer by 8pm so they can be taken out before the doors close at 9pm. There are no pets or smoking allowed in the laundry or shower facilities.
At each site, guest should keep in mind that all their property must stay on their assigned RV site, it can not be spilling over onto the neighbors site. Also, there is to be no clotheslines or clothes hung outside the RV.
Pets are welcome at McCoy's RV Park, but their owners or family must be very respectful of the other RVers in the park. There can only be 2 pets at each site and they must only be walked by adults. While outside, the pets must be on a leash and they must be cleaned up after and never left unattended. Also, they can only be walked in the areas designated for dog walking, not all over the park. Dogs can not be allowed to run loose or bark while visiting the park and there can be no pet pens erected on the site. Rottweillers and pit bulls are not allowed on the premises. All dogs visiting this park must be vaccinated and licensed and proof of such must be available.
Other things you should know is that quiet time is from 10 pm to 6 am and your mail can be delivered to the park. Open containers of alcohol are not allowed anywhere except your RV and your RV site and no glass beverage or beverage containers are allowed outside the RV.
