What is the McRib?
A sesame seed bun contains a boneless pork patty (shaped to resemble a rack of ribs) topped with barbecue sauce, slivered onions and pickle slices.
How Many Calories Are in a McRib?
According to the McDonald's website, one McRib has 500 calories with 240 calories from fat. The total fat content is 26 grams with 10 grams of saturated fat and no trans fat. Each serving also contains 70 milligrams cholesterol, 980 milligrams sodium, 44 grams carbs, 3 grams dietary fiber, 11 grams sugar and 22 grams protein. A McRib carries 70 Vitamin A, 1 Vitamin C, 170 calcium and 3.5 iron.
