Founder John Micciche created MCS because he frequently encountered individuals frustrated with their current IT service providers. The most common complaints customers expressed included lack of availability and long turnaround time.
To provide a better solution, Micciche implemented standard 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday business hours as well as occasional night and weekend hours for customer convenience. He also holds a strict 12-24 hour maximum turnaround time policy. Additionally, Micciche offers "glitch prevention technology" for computer users with antivirus and anti-spyware software installation.
For residential and business customers new to computer and internet use, MCS provides gentle and patient training. Users can learn about Outlook and web-based e-mail applications, internet navigation, and basic Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
Focused on providing comprehensive solutions for individuals and small businesses in New Jersey and beyond, MCS owner John Micciche holds Microsoft, Dell, and CompTIA certifications. He is also a member of the Voorhees Business Association, the Wasthington Township Chamber of Commerce and BNI International, a major worldwide business networking group.
With this experience, Micciche aims to provide safety, security, growth management, increased productivity, and cost-effective solutions to small businesses. Since Micciche works on a consulting basis, businesses do not have to incur the expense of an in-house IT team.
MCS troubleshoots and repairs servers, wireless networks, laptops, and desktops. MCS can also build a corporate or personal web site, install new software, and provide support and maintenance for these services and equipment. MCS can also help a customer select and purchase the equipment ideal for his or her needs.
