With the many different conversion applications available for the iPhone, Measures' developer has provided us with an affordable yet extremely well-made utility.

The application has all the usual conversions one might expect from an app. All the conversions are categorized under a well-made selection area that occupies the bottom of the display. The selector on the leftmost part of the screen is assigned to the category for the conversion, next to that is the selector for the 'from' item, and then the 'convert to' item.

Measures - Unit and Currency Converter also includes, apart from the usual conversion of units, a currency converter for 170 currencies and a calculator. The currency converter does what one would normally expect from such a utility. The calculator, on the other hand, lets users work on a calculation and convert the answer directly into a different value.

The application also features quick access to conversion favorites on the right area of the screen. Users can add up to three conversion favorites; updating the favorites is as easy as holding down the favorite icon.

Measures - Unit and Currency Converter definitely stands out among the many conversion utilities in the market. It is very well made, accurate and very reasonably priced.
