Media Frenzy Overload - Britney Spears Saga Getting Old

I cannot speak for the rest of you, but I must say that I am really sick of this Britney Spears stuff all over the news. Yes, celebrity gossip is entertaining for some, and I do keep up with it from time to time, but can we say enough is enough?

I do not believe I have gone one day over the past few weeks without hearing something about her. She left K-Fed, put her children in danger, bluntly defied judge orders, lost her children, went nuts and shaved her head... I could go on, but now it is speculated that she has Multiple Personality Disorder because she is dressing with a wig and speaks with a British accent?

Okay people, how desperate are we for celebrity news? Maybe she has gone off the deep end lately, but why should we really care? If I were as deranged as the media was making me out to be I'd take my millions and run into seclusion. Maybe she is doing those things to hide from the paparazzi, maybe she's doing those things to feed them.... Who knows, and who (besides the family and caregivers) should really care?

Honestly, I believe it is time to let dear Britney deal with whatever issues she has and the consequences of her actions in private. Her kids are what matters, and they are being provided for, regardless of how incompetent people to believe K-Fed to be. It does not matter what either K-Fed or Spears are up to, as long as those babies are taken care of. And, with all of the immediate concerns we have in our own lives, those children should be the least of our concerns.

The media needs to wake up and realize we do not care all about Britney and whether she is crazy or not. We do not care that Dr. Phil is in hot water now because of his little hospital visit. Leave the poor woman alone so she can deal with anything that the media presented that may actually be true, and get over it. With this and Jamie Lynn admitting pregnancy at such a young age, the Spears Family cannot rest. While they are celebs and should know what comes about being such, really they are just people like the rest of us, and if we were all over the place for people to talk about we would be upset too. If we quit feeding into the media frenzy, the media will quit giving us stuff about them... and it is time to let it go.
