Body aches are one of the most miserable symptoms that accompany a cold or the flu. The very first time I took Theraflu, I had a case of the flu, and I was desperately trying to overcome the pain and discomfort of body aches. Theraflu provided fast relief for the aches and pains I suffered, and Theraflu hot liquid medicine has been my medication of choice ever since. It did an outstanding job of alleviating my cold and flu symptoms. After many years of trying various medications to alleviate cold and flu symptoms, I finally found a medication that worked as indicated, and I highly recommend Theraflu for anyone suffering from cold or flu related symptoms.

Directions for Use
If heating the mixture in the microwave, directions indicate to thoroughly mix one packet with 8-ounces of cool water. The mixture should be heated to a suitable level for drinking, and should be stirred once again before drinking. The mixture should be consumed within 15 minutes for best results.
When I use Theraflu, I simply heat a cup of water in the microwave, and I mix in the powder after the water is sufficiently hot. I mix it in the same manner as I would mix a cup of instant coffee or a cup of hot cocoa. I wrap up in a warm blanket and sip it slowly while relaxing. I find this to be the easiest method of taking this fantastic medicine when I have a cold or the flu.
Consult the Theraflu website or product label instructions for specific directions and warnings. Depending on your needs, specific Theraflu products may contain chlorpheniramine, acetaminophen, phenylephrine, dextromethorphan, guaifenesin, diphenhydramine, and/or pheniramine. Try the product that best meets your needs according to your symptoms.
