Four Orange Roughy Filets
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to350 degrees
Coat the bottom of a baking pan with 2 TBSP olive oil
place the Orange Roughy filets on the baking pan and coat with basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes apart.
topping:
3 medium tomatoes, diced
2 clovesof garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon each of garlic and oregano
salt and pepper to taste
mix ingredients and allow to sit while fish is cooking.
Top fish and enjoy.
