J Monkeys
The Cordovan Vault (Middle Grade/Tween Adventure), Dixie and Taco go to Grandmother's House (Picture book/beginning reader), and Dixie and Taco go to the Zoo (Picture book/beginning reader).
J lives in Connecticut with a menagerie of children and pets and is hard at work on the next book in the Livingston-Wexford series - The Peacock Tale. It is a piratey adventure! Look for it in October of 2011.
J Monkeys has always been a storyteller, although mostly just for self-entertainment. J was shocked to learn that everybody didn't spend their time with their head in a cloud imagining what they would do if some kind of adventure presented itself. After getting a degree in Creative Writing from the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies!) and spending WAY too long writing boring things for a regular paycheck, J is proud to be a novelist, finally.

Post a CommentHi Jeff, I've sent your info to Lyn Lomasi and hopefully she can help you. She is the Yahoo advocate that I am most familiar with. Best regards, K
Hello Kay - This may sound a bit strange but I was looking for your help in possibly locating a customer service number from the accounts page.
Here is why: I am also a contributor, however, I have not been able to access my account in many months. I am still receiving the e-mail notice from associated content that I have been paid for my contributions but I cannot login to publish additional articles or see any of my account information. I have utilized the help with password feature and there is no doubt that I am using the correct information. Here is where it gets strange! Every Yahoo contact phone number i have been able to locate no longer works. Every Yahoo e-mail contact I have sent a message to has not been returned and many people are blogging about the frustrations of not being able to get help. Here is the even weirder part. The e-mail I just got today from associated content informing me of my August payment has an e-mail address and phone number at the bottom. When I call the phone number, I get a message stating that it has been disconnected and the web address it was sent from states they no longer respond to customer service requests from that e-mail.
Hopefully you have read this all the way to this point.
I am not some hacker trying to get information from you, as a matter of fact I am a Probation Officer in Pueblo County, Colorado.
What I was hoping for from you was to see if there was any additional contact numbers that you could find from the accounts page that I cannot access. And if not, well maybe there is a good research article in my story somewhere for you. It is really very strange that it seems like Yahoo is closing down any way for customers to contact them. Shutting down the borders I guess you could say.
My e-mail address here at work is:
jeffrey.smith@judicial.state.co.us
or
jkasmith@msn.com
Thank you very much!
Jeff
