Meet Debby Ryan, Star of The Suite Life on Deck

Debby Ryan is the newest addition to the close-knit Disney Channel family. She joins fellow castmates, Dylan and Cole Sprouse and Brenda Song on the revamped Disney Channel series, The Suite Life on Deck, formerly The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. The Suite Life on Deck is about a group of kids who attend school on a cruise ship and all the inevitable, fun and disastrous adventures that occur along the way.

Like other Disney Channel stars such as Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez, Debby Ryan comes from Texas. Her professional acting resume is pretty small, but it's obvious that the Disney execs saw something special enough in her to cast her as Bailey Pickett in the new Disney Channel series, The Suite Life on Deck. Besides a handful of theater performances, Debby's acting credits include appearing in the Ice Cube movie, The Longshots and Barney: Let's Go to the Firehouse.
