Meet Precious the Cat

My cat was a very small thing in the start,

But relentless none the less, look at her dart.

Fiesty at times she can be,

Look at my cat; here she is for all to see.

She sleeps a lot, but often in very short spats.

I guess you could say, she likes to take cat-naps

So cute is my cat when she sleeps away,

But so mischievous when awake during the day.

Last night she managed to get outside somehow,

She's approaching adulthood and I think she was on the prowl.

Looking for a male figure if you know what I mean.

It wasn't 'till hours later before she was found behind the rose bush scene.

If I am doing work on the computer she will often interrupt,

As to tell me that I need a break from all that stuff.

Human like qualities is what she can possess

Just like Tyler Perry's Mr. Brown, Precious is a good mess.

Her name is Precious, as a matter of fact.

But when being mischievous, she is simply "Hey Cat!"

A good companion is Precious, so she can be.
