Meet Willoughby

Dear Readers, those of you who have not met Willoughby yet are missing out on a man who I consider to be one of AC's finest writers. Although Willoughby has been part of our community since the end of 2007, I feel he is not getting the recognition he deserves. His articles are by turn insightful, educational, humorous, opinionated, and generally meet the strict standards of the Grammar Police.

I just finished reading his most recent submission, "For the Love of a Cat," a sweet tribute to his 20-year-old cat who has passed away. This article is a must read for cat lovers; the story actually brought tears to my eyes. (Or maybe I'm just feeling emotional today, but still a great article).

Willoughby instructs us on how to be a perfect wife or husband. Of course, none of us is perfect and these articles are written tongue-in-cheek, but give us all something to think about in regard to our own marriage relationships.

Want to have fun with the kids? Read Willoughby's article on how to have a turtle race. Having trouble potty training your little boy? Willoughby has some great insights on this issue as well as how to deal with teenagers. His articles regarding parenting issues are written with a keen understanding of childhood behavior.
