Meg White Declared Hot

(Geneva, Switzerland) At approximately 9:45 GMT, An international panel of renowned scientists, social thinkers, and random experts concluded that White Stripes drummer Meg White is indeed hot.

After two weeks of deliberation and combing through thousands of pages of data, picture, and documentation, the panel reached its decision on the debate early this morning. Gerard Pinon of the University of Paris-Sorbonne stated that "after a lengthy debate, we have declared beyond a reasonable doubt that the lady in question is hot."

White, 32, is best known for her work as drummer in the Detroit garage rock band, The White Stripes. The attractiveness of the minimalist drummer has long been an area of contention, leading many to forfeit investment in proclaiming that White is hot for fear of heckling. However, the recent proclamation of White's hotness has caused men and women around the world to breathe a sigh of relief.

"I always kind of had a thing for her," says Barry Dobson of Boulder, CO, "but I never went so far as say she was hot, I didn't want my friends to laugh at me. But now, if science says it's so, then I say that chick is super hot. I'd do her in a second." Dobson then went on to perform a Google search to find revealing pictures of the drummer. He was unsuccessful.

White has been pervasively shy when confronted with media attention, which led many of the panelists to wonder if she was mentally ill. However, the contention was outweighed by the factor of White's comeliness in a white cotton T-shirt on stage. White herself refused to comment on the recent events.
