Megan Fox Topless Photos Won't Lead to Lawsuit After All

Actress Megan Fox Leaked Photos Not Quite as Bad as First Assumed

Megan Fox leaked photos from an upcoming film were released to the internet, and it stirred up quite a few people originally. The Megan Fox leaked photos were not only not intended for release, but were quite risqué in appearance. Suddenly, the leaked photos were received with headlines like "Meagan Fox topless photos" and "Megan Fox nude images, shining a negative light on both Megan Fox and her new movie. But now news has come from Megan Fox herself that she is not going to sue anyone for releasing the topless photographs.

It seems that someone on the set of the new Megan Fox movie Jennifer's Body had a camera that they should not have been using, and took still photographs of the actress as she came out of a lake. The images are at first glance, topless photos of Megan Fox, but upon a closer examination, the photographs aren't as bad as they might have seemed at first. Almost invisible to the naked eye, Megan Fox is wearing silicone stickers that are skin tone, and cover up some of the important "bits" that could have been revealed. It is because of those strategically placed pieces of silicone that Fox is taking these photographs in stride.

It's definitely a position that nobody would want to be caught in, and having topless photographs of yourself make there way around the internet is no fun for anybody. According to an article in Entertainment Weekly though, the actress was quoted as saying, "If I'd been actually topless, I would have sued someone... I know who, and I never did anything about it. It's her karma to deal with, not mine." Taking the high road is not something that one is used to seeing in this industry today, and it is a tad surprising that Megan Fox decided to go that route. Maybe she didn't think she could really get anything done about the photos, maybe this is just good publicity, or maybe she genuinely wants to put it behind her.

This is just latest in what seems like dozens of celebrity photographs that have been used in an ill fashion in order for a photographer to get ahead in the business. Ethics and morals don't seem to have as much of a hold on celebrity photographers as they once did, and the quick buck seems to keep driving the paparazzi to get that compromising photograph in order to sell it to the highest bidder. It is a bit of a shame that it has to keep happening, but Megan Fox has turned it into a non story by turning the other cheek.

Bad? I've never seen a picture of that woman that was bad, naked or otherwise...
